Every Daruma is handmade by a small team and packaged with intention. Because of this, we move with care — not speed. Here's exactly what to expect.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Standard processing: 1–3 business days
- Pre-order or limited drops: 5–7 business days (clearly noted at checkout)
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility.

Delivery times below are estimates from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order
Once your Daruma ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Tracking updates typically appear within 48–72 hours of shipment. International orders may show limited tracking once the package enters the destination country's local carrier network.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Some international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's government upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We declare every package accurately. We cannot mark orders as a "gift" or undervalue contents.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, we'll make it right.
- Lost in transit (no movement for 10+ business days): we'll investigate with the carrier and ship a replacement at no cost.
- Damaged on arrival: send a photo to info@mydarumaritual.com within 7 days of delivery — we'll ship a replacement immediately.
- Wrong item received: same process — info@mydarumaritual.com — we'll fix it.
A Daruma's first impression should be sacred, not shattered. We take damage personally.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We can only modify addresses within 12 hours of order placement.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Military Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping only. Express shipping is not available to these destinations.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. To cancel or modify an order, email info@mydarumaritual.com within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in production or shipped — in which case our 30-Day Painted-Eye Guarantee applies once you receive it.
